1. Booking Confirmation All reservations are subject to availability and become binding only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Leviora Collection. Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.

2. Rates and Payment All rates are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate and cancellation policy. Leviora Collection reserves the right to modify room rates at any time prior to confirmation of a booking.

3. Check-in and Check-out Check-in From 3:00 PM onwards Check-out By 10:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests will be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document upon arrival.

4. Occupancy Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay in the property. Additional guests are permitted only with prior approval from Leviora Collection and may be subject to additional charges.

5. House Rules Guests agree to: Respect the property and its furnishings. Maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during nighttime hours. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Refrain from hosting parties or events without prior authorization. Avoid any activity that may disturb neighbors or other residents. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the properties. Pets are allowed only if explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.

6. Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning costs resulting from their actions or negligence during their stay. Leviora Collection reserves the right to charge guests for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs where necessary.

7. Cancellation Policy The applicable cancellation policy will be clearly displayed during the booking process and included in the booking confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on the selected rate and the notice period provided before arrival. 8. Force Majeure Leviora Collection shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters Government restrictions Pandemics Utility outages Transportation disruptions

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leviora Collection shall not be liable for: Loss of personal belongings Theft Injuries occurring during the stay, except where caused by proven negligence Indirect or consequential damages Guests are encouraged to obtain adequate travel insurance.

10. Privacy Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Website Use The content of this website is provided for informational purposes only. Users may not: Copy or reproduce website content without permission. Attempt unauthorized access to website systems. Use the website for unlawful purposes.

12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or a reservation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
